DEPOSIT – £35.00 Per Person

We ask all clubs, once booked, to please confirm your accommodation rooming at the earliest opportunity, as space with accommodation providers becomes limited.

The latest date rooming can be changed at accommodation is ten weeks prior to the event you are attending.

In the unlikely event of our insolvency:
• Customers who have not yet travelled will receive a refund.
• Customers already abroad will be repatriated by ABTOT.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event that you have not yet travelled, or repatriation if transportation was included in your package.

Please note that bookings made outside the UK are protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Group Tours Direct Ltd.
